Not with Arias Communications! - I've worked in communications (ADSL, networking, fiber - with USWest and CenturyLink, for decades) - and know how challenging it can be in the field. In this situation, the position was reversed and I was the customer; We had a DSL outage in a rural, harsh, sprawling environment - but where DSL was absolutely our lifeline. Jorge, Steve, Javier, Michelle and Devin worked diligently, constantly, dedicatedly for **a year and half** with the local carrier to get our line back up and running - in the most challenging of environments and with very few resources on their side. I'm confident that any other group would have given up. Arias did not give up, and had the know how and deep expertise to figure out a nearly impossible comms infrastructure problem. An absolutely amazing, dedicated, honest, moral group of real hard-working humans who are proud of the work they do. A shining diamond in the telecommunications field-work landscape. I would not hesitate for a moment hiring them for any job, or contracting them long term. This isn't hyperbole - Arias is **exceptional** and unique in their field. I cannot recommend them enough, and will attempt to do so wherever and whenever I can. And I hope for nothing but the very best for this group - they deserve it and have earned it.
